Lady Antebellum: Need You Now
Last month, country music’s Lady Antebellum kicked off the Need You Now Tour, the first headlining tour for the Nashville trio.
The group has skyrocketed to the top of the charts since their debut in 2008. Their newest album, Need You Now debuted at number one, and has remained on the Billboard Top 200 for thirty-six weeks.
They were recently named ‘Top Vocal Group” by the ACM, and are currently tied with rap star, Eminem, for the lead in nominations for the upcoming American Music Awards.
In an interview with The Grand Rapids Press, band member, Dave Haywood spoke about the tour.
“We’ve never really experienced the thrill of playing for a room that’s there for us alone. It’s so exciting, we finally have the time to put everything out there. We’ve waited our whole career to try this out on our own and it’s been incredible.”
